The City’s Updated Comprehensive Plan is currently available for review by the public in draft mode. The City will be seeking residents’ comments during the next couple of weeks. The plan represents countless hours of effort by city staff and various boards and commissions guided by the vision of the City Council. Many Bellevue residents made public comments at the City Council and various Boards and Commissions meetings over more than the last year.
The city will communicate the plan in the following ways:
A notice in the Seattle Times
E-mail alerts to anyone who has signed up for them through the City’s website
An open house at City Hall on February 25th
An open house at Interlake High School on February 26th
An online open house on the City’s web site which began February 13th
An article in the Bellevue Reporter on Friday 13th
A planned press release
Comments can be made from February 13th through March 3rd.
The neighborhoods, community stewardship and mobility sections will be of particular significance to Lake Hills residents.
