A packed to capacity Lake Hills clubhouse entertained an ‘on the road’ planning commission meeting this week. Many residents testified to the commission on the issues we’ve seen in Spiritwood with individual room rentals in single family neighborhoods, and the planning commission got plenty of feedback prior to drafting up modifications to the City code designed to deal with the issues.
