A lively discussion concerning code compliance and neighbor disputes took place during the LHNA 5/16/14 meeting at Samena. Speakers Tom Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor, and Andrew Kidde, Mediation Program Manager, shared common home/property code violation complaints, and various methods the city incorporates to find a workable solution. Residents were encouraged to report suspected code violations – nothing happens until somebody speaks up!
