Technically this part is (I believe) in Redmond, but who really cares? It’s a nice bit of not quite wild. By the end of June trail and tree maintenance should be done. Meet at the Northern edge on NE 30th St next to the play area. There is one through trail but several that empty back out to streets, and I believe an informal trail that links the 2 parts of 172nd Ave. Keep a sharp eye on the bird life, you may spot the so rare as to be almost mythical painted owl. The trail is a bit rough, so take your sturdy shoes.
